VOICE OF THE NATIONS!
Voice of the nations is about the nations worshiping God with their uniqueness, celebrating God in the nations. This is a platform where every culture, people and languages from the nations are given the opportunity to present an item peculiar to them in the assembly of God's people to worship God together. It is a kind of rehearsal of what is going to happen when we arrive in heaven, as it was written in the book of Revelations 7:9 "Then I looked, and there were many, many people. There were so many people that a person could not count them all. they were from every nation, tribe, race of people, and languages of the earth. these people were standing before the throne and before the Lamb (Jesus). They all wore white robes and had palm branches in their hands." ERV
This event was first organized by me in 2008, when I went to do my bible core course in South Africa and was later re-launched three years after I returned there with my family in 2012 and ever since we have organized the up to 13 editions of the event. Voice of the nations always happens twice a year. This event is comprising of Bible reading, Flag march, nations to nations presentations, Choir presentation and we end by eating food from different nations. This vision was given birth to at Youth With a Mission (YWAM) Worcester base South Africa, where there are over 34 nationalities represented. Now since June 2016, we have extended our influence to United Kingdom on the YWAM Harpenden base. It is always interesting and full of fun for everyone of us. The primary aim of this event is to celebrate our differences and return it to God in praise, glorifying Jesus Christ through our voices, dance etc.
